What "all-inclusive" actually means at ooptify
ooptify team · Published 5 June 2026
"All-inclusive" gets used loosely in software marketing, so it's worth being precise about what we mean.
What's in the subscription#
The ooptify subscription bundles the functions practices commonly buy as separate products or services:
- Appointments and calendar
- Online booking
- Patient records and clinical consultations
- Dispensing
- Inventory and supplier ordering
- Billing and payments, with Medicare and health-fund claiming
- Communications and reminders
- Reporting and analytics
- Cloud hosting
- Support and onboarding
The full, current list — including any allowances and limitations — is maintained on our Everything included page. That page is the source of truth; if something isn't listed there, don't assume it's included.
What we don't claim#
We don't claim anything is unlimited unless it is. Where a service has an allowance — SMS volumes, for example — the allowance is stated rather than hidden. And where a detail hasn't been confirmed for publication yet, our website marks it as a placeholder rather than presenting it as fact.
Why this matters for comparisons#
When you compare ooptify with another system, the fair comparison is your total current spend — core software plus booking, SMS, hosting, integrations and support — against one subscription. Our cost comparison shows how a typical stack adds up, and the calculator does it with your own figures.
