Quotes, claims (including bulk billing) and gap payments flow through in one transaction, so checkout at the front desk stays quick and the numbers in ooptify match what actually went through the terminal.
How it works with ooptify

Connect your Smart Health terminals to ooptify from Settings → Integrations.

Raise an invoice in ooptify as normal — items and amounts are sent to the terminal for you.

Process Medicare claims (including bulk billing) and private health fund claims on the spot.

Take the gap payment in the same transaction with the patient's card.
- 5
Payments and claims are recorded against the invoice in ooptify for end-of-day reconciliation.
Good to know: Requires a Smart Health agreement with CommBank. Terminal pricing and transaction fees are set by CommBank, not ooptify.
