Appointments and calendar overview

The ooptify calendar runs the daily diary for every practitioner and room in your practice.

Calendar views#

Switch between day, week and month views. Appointments show their practitioner, room, type and status, and you can create, move or update appointments directly from the calendar.

Appointment types#

Appointment types are configurable per practice — including which locations and practitioners offer each type, and whether patients can book that type online.

Practitioner schedules and breaks#

Each practitioner has a working schedule, and ad-hoc breaks can be added for one-off absences. Available booking slots respect both.

Standby list#

Add patients to the standby list with their preferred appointment type and practitioner. When a cancellation opens a slot, the standby list helps you fill it quickly.

Check-in and cancellations#

Patients can be checked in on arrival. Cancellations record a reason and notes, and appear in cancellation reporting so you can track patterns.
