Migrating from another platform

The general process#

1. Review your current data. Patients, appointment history, clinical records, product catalogues and outstanding balances.
2. Talk to us about your source system. Migration options differ by platform. Contact us with the name of your current software.
3. Plan the cutover. Agree a date, and how bookings made during the transition are handled.
4. Verify after migration. Check a sample of patient records, appointments and balances before going fully live.
