ooptify models your practice as one business with one or more locations.

Locations and rooms#

Each location has its own operating details, rooms, stock, pricing, communication settings, terminals and KPI targets. Appointments are booked into a location and, optionally, a specific room.

Practitioners and schedules#

Team members belong to your business, with practitioners made available for appointments at the locations where they work. Each practitioner has a working schedule, plus ad-hoc breaks for one-off changes.

Multi-location practices#

Patients and your product catalogue are shared across the business, while day-to-day operations — stock levels, schedules, targets and communications — stay per-location. Reporting is available across the group.
