Integrations overview

ooptify connects to external systems where it matters. Customer-configurable services are managed from Settings → Integrations, while platform-managed connections such as ClickSend run behind the scenes.

CommBank Smart Health#

Connect your CommBank Smart Health terminals to quote, claim and take payment for Medicare (including bulk billing) and private health insurance directly from invoices. Requires a Smart Health agreement with CommBank.

ClickSend#

ooptify uses ClickSend for managed cloud delivery of automated SMS, including confirmations, reminders, recalls and order-ready messages. Your practice does not need its own ClickSend account or API credentials. Cloud SMS is billed monthly at $0.10 per SMS segment plus GST; longer messages may use more than one segment.

Mailchimp#

Connect your Mailchimp account with an API key to sync patient marketing audiences automatically, updated nightly.

Supplier portal#

Your frame, lens and contact lens suppliers use the ooptify supplier portal to manage their catalogue and fulfil your orders — you see live status from accepted through shipped to received, inside ooptify.
