ooptify connects to external systems where it matters, from Settings → Integrations.

CommBank Smart Health#

Connect your CommBank Smart Health terminals to quote, claim and take payment for Medicare (including bulk billing) and private health insurance directly from invoices. Requires a Smart Health agreement with CommBank.

ooptify SMS gateway#

Pair an Android phone with a SIM at your practice by scanning a QR code. All automated SMS — confirmations, reminders, recalls, order-ready messages — send through your own SIM, and inbound replies are captured in your message log.

Mailchimp#

Connect your Mailchimp account with an API key to sync patient marketing audiences automatically, updated nightly.

Supplier portal#

Your frame, lens and contact lens suppliers use the ooptify supplier portal to manage their catalogue and fulfil your orders — you see live status from accepted through shipped to received, inside ooptify.
