Initial practice setup

After creating your account, a small amount of setup gets ooptify ready for day-to-day use.
Recommended setup order#
- Practice and location details. Set your practice name, address and operating hours in Location Settings.
- Practitioners and users. Add your team and set what each person can see and do.
- Services and pricing. Define the appointment types and services you offer.
- Online booking. Choose which services and practitioners patients can book online.
- Communications. Configure reminder timing and templates.
Where to find settings#
Location-level configuration lives under Location Settings in the sidebar; practice-wide configuration lives under Business Settings.
