ooptify automates the patient messages your front desk would otherwise send by hand.

Automated triggers#

Configurable per location, with editable SMS and email templates:

• Appointment confirmation, update and cancellation messages
• Appointment reminders (including day-of reminders)
• Automated recalls, with up to three follow-up reminders
• "Order ready for collection" notifications

How SMS sending works#

ooptify sends SMS through ClickSend as a managed cloud service. Your practice does not need a ClickSend account, API credentials, a dedicated phone or a SIM: configure your templates and triggers in ooptify, and we handle the delivery connection. Message activity remains visible in ooptify. Cloud SMS is billed monthly at $0.10 per SMS segment plus GST; longer messages may use more than one segment.

Opt-outs#

Recall messages include an opt-out link. Patients who opt out are excluded from future recall communications automatically.

Mailchimp#

Connect your Mailchimp account to sync patient marketing audiences automatically, with nightly updates.
