Creating an account

Anyone can create an ooptify account and explore a working sandbox — no sales call or demo booking required.

Create your sandbox account#

1. Go to training.ooptify.com.
2. Sign up with your name, practice name, email and a password. There is no payment step.
3. Sign in and you'll land on the practice dashboard. Access typically takes approximately 30 seconds.

What you'll see first#

Your sandbox is a working practice pre-loaded with sample patients, appointments, inventory and team members, so every screen has realistic data. The dashboard gives you a practice overview for the day: appointments, revenue metrics, open orders, dispensing progress, invoices and messages. Use the left-hand navigation to explore appointments, consultations, dispensing, patients, sales, inventory, reporting and settings.

How long does access last?#

Sandbox accounts last 14 days. If you need a longer evaluation, contact us.
